How can I buy football tickets on your website?
You can buy tickets by selecting the match you’re interested in, choosing your preferred seating category, and completing the checkout process with your payment details. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your e-ticket.
When will I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are delivered as e-tickets via email before the match depending on the club’s release schedule.
Are my tickets guaranteed to be authentic?
Yes, all tickets are 100% authentic and come with a guarantee of entry to the stadium.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the match?
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. In the event that a match or event is officially canceled, a refund may be issued; however, a 20% administrative and processing fee will be deducted from the total booking amount. No refunds will be provided for postponed, rescheduled, or partially attended events.Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are only provided if the event is canceled and not rescheduled. Please review our cancellation policy before purchasing.
What happens if a match is rescheduled?
If a match is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. We’ll notify you as soon as the new date is confirmed by the organizer.
Can I choose where I sit in the stadium?
Yes, you can select your seating category (e.g., behind the goal, longside, VIP). Specific seat numbers are assigned closer to the event and are guaranteed to be within your chosen category or better.
Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?
Most venues accept mobile tickets. We recommend downloading the ticket or saving it on your phone in advance. If a printed copy is required, we will notify you in the delivery email.
